Dining Pavilion at Sequoia High Sierra Camp
Dining Pavilion at Sequoia High Sierra Camp
Greetings!

When you get to the end of the road, grab your knapsack and keep walk a half-mile to get to the Sequoia High Sierra Camp. The dining pavilion that you see here is based on a design by the Roman architect Vitruvius. The property is owned and operated by Burr Hughes. If your idea of roughing it includes five course gourmet meals and sleeping on plush king-size beds in a tent-cabin, then this is the place for you. Burr has taken efforts to make the facility eco-friendly. I just couldn't resist photographing this facility even though I was on vacation from my photography business. I've included a few more details and links to more photos on my blog.

With fall approaching we're anticipating more clear weather. This is a good time to schedule those projects you've been meaning to photograph.
