About this Webinar
First conceived approximately ten years ago,
Sales Tax Holidays have been steadily growing in
popularity and changing in scope. While Tax
Holidays
are eagerly anticipated by the taxpaying
public as a
short-term respite from the taxman, they
often cause
significant anxiety amongst those in the
retail industry
who are responsible for their accurate
administration.
This presentation will discuss recent trends
in Sales
Tax Holiday legislation with special emphasis
placed
on the subtle differences in Sales Tax
Holiday rules
amongst the states and the difficulties those
distinctions cause with respect to Sales Tax
Holiday
administration. Get answers to your most
pressing
questions by
participating in the question & answer
segment of this
webinar.
