One day about two millennia ago, Heaven invaded the earth in a dynamic way when The Holy Spirit was poured out, just as Jesus promised in Acts 1:8!
Timid men and women received strength to venture out of their closet and witness for Jesus Christ in a dynamic new way, filled with the very Holy Spirit of God!
A new era was birthed on that paradigm changing Day of Pentecost which changed the world for ever, beginning the process which has yielded our translation from darkness to Light; from the bondage of Satan to the glorious Liberty of sons of God, members of His family on earth and citizens of the Blessed Kingdom of God on earth!
Mere humans, filled with the Holy Spirit became Ambassadors of Heaven on earth with credentials of power - spiritual gifts and callings - with which they preached the gospel powerfully, healing the sick, delivering the oppressed all in the incredible Name of Yeshua, Jesus the Christ!
The baton has been passed unto us to preach this same gospel of the Kingdom with power until the Day of Days, now closer than ever before when Jesus will return as Matthew 24:14 says.
The key to success is still to receive and walk in the fullness of The Holy Spirit on a daily basis, fuelled by a sold out, 'dead' life, prayer, worship and faith! The Holy Spirit is as relevant today as He was on the first Day of Pentecost!
From today, let us begin an exploration of the early days of The Church that Jesus activated by the Power of the Holy Spirit so that we can be challenged to live for Him the same way with no room for dead religion, politics, humanistic organisations and divisive denominationalism!
Every day from today, let us prayerfully, with open hearts, study 4 chapters of Acts of the Apostles. We will be refreshed, challenged and quickened in just 7 days! Let's start with Acts chapters 1,2,3 & 4 today!
