20 March 2012 - Spring / Vernal Equinox

The Spring Equinox is the moment when Day and Night are equal in any place on our planet due to the Sun found exactly at the celestial equator in its appearing movement on the sky. It is the mysterious point on the birth signs circle meaning the beginning of a new cycle or in other words a new journey. It is a short pause, a balance moment in which the Yin and the Yang, Feminine and Masculine, black and white merge and day and night are equal and we experience in our inner universe, an ineffable state of imponderability, thus being much closer to Divine.

From an astrological point of view it can be said that during the spring equinox the Sun moves from the Pisces constellation into the Aries constellation. Thus we witness an end and simultaneously a beginning of a zodiac cycle.

Every three months we experience a planetary assimiliation of the previous three months soul lessons. These occur at March (Spring) Equinox, June Solstice, September (Autumn Equinox) and December Solstice.

It is why the Ancient one's built Sacred Sites to celebrate these days. They knew that humanity would experience these changes and will become more aware by each passing quarter and thus great festivals, rituals and rights of passage were designed around such events.

Alongwith the Mercury Retrograde, we are heading into the first Equinox of 2012. Equinox is and has always been a fulcrum point, a marker of change on Earth, for our soul to assimilate the previous three month's lessons. 

It is in our cellular memory to celebrate each quarter of assimilating energies. 

Balancing the Divine masculine and feminine within so that our two creative forces are in equilibrium and creation is formed in the grace of equality. 

The spring equinox is a special day when the subtle and mysterious forces within manifestation are equal. Day and night are the same and analogically the arms of scale are in balance. At that moment especially nothing disturbs or modifies the special state of balance of inner and outer quietness because this is a magical start for a new beginning. On this day we can plant the divine seeds of the new beginnings. That is why sunrise, spring, deep balance, growing phase of the Moon, green color of grass and Mother Earth correspond to spring equinox.

In many traditions, this is the start of the New Year. Spring is birthing around us, and Spirit shows itself through nature's blossoms, new leaves on the trees, sprouting crops, the mating birds, and animal births.

In our gardens, it is time for planting!

The March equinox portends this. Ascension requires this balance. 

The new fifth-dimensional Earth is based on Flow and Harmony, and the shifting of polarities into Unity.

Things are Shifting and changing on Earth, and the first new energies of the New Wave of Light for 2012 are beginning to be felt.

This energy is being felt by everyone on the Planet in some way, whether conscious or not. The Earth is raising her "base frequency" right now, which means that on the holographic level the frequency rate is rising and everything is accelerating. This is to facilitate the Earth's passage through the 2012 Portal at the end of the year. 

This is our privilege, to carry the energy as Earth Keepers and assist our beautiful Planet in her Journey of Ascension.
