AP&T Logo

Since AP&T introduced the modular SpeedFeeder system, it has found numerous applications in press feeding, transferring and material handling. This is a credit to the modular design which allows a single or multiple SpeedFeeders to operate simultaneously or independently. For instance, a single SpeedFeeder can be used to destack a blank, then transfer station to station and then stack the finished part OR multiple SpeedFeeders can perform each of these functions separately to decrease cycle time. To compliment the SpeedFeeder's capability, AP&T has engineered various destackers, stackers and shuttles to provide a total system to the customer.

AP&T USA is headquartered in Monroe, NC. The Monroe facility houses not only sales, service and parts but complete project engineering and project management tasks. Plans are in motion to provide system run-off and commissioning at this convenient location. The SpeedFeeder's modular system provides everything to automate your press from the transfer to an assortment of accessories (such as transporters, safety guards, EOAT, etc).  AP&T starts with "Automation".

  Webster Logo
Webster Industries, Inc. was started in 1876 by Towner K. Webster in Chicago, IL.  Webster relocated to Tiffin, Ohio in 1907 where they remain today.  Over the past century Webster evolved from producing "Common Sense" elevator buckets to being the world's leading manufacturer of engineered class chains, commercial castings and vibrating conveyors.  Webster's reputation for high quality products comes from the same principles it was founded on - American materials, American labor and American pride.

CoilWeb Conveyor
CoilWeb Vibrating Conveyor
CoilWeb conveyors are fabricated with high strength wear resistant metal pans and steel coil springs.  They are designed with a coil spring drive which reduces horsepower requirements and allows for longer conveyor lengths.  CoilWeb conveyors are available with a variety of features for specific applications and are well suited for harsh industrial applications.
Flat Spring Vibrating Conveyor
Flat Spring Vibrating Conveyors
Flat Spring (FS) conveyors are fabricated using composite springs, high strength wear resistant pans and a superior positive eccentric drive.  FS vibrating conveyors utilize sectional construction for easy field assembly.  They are available with a wide variety of features and are particularly well suited for conveying hot, heavy, sharp and abrasive materials which are not readily handled on other types of conveyors.
