Below are some examples of menu items. There are many other options available. All menus are custom-prepared according to your needs and preferences. All ingredients are local and organic whenever possible. Meats are always naturally raised without antibiotics or hormones. Fish which are lowest in trace metals are selected. Most dishes can be tailored to a vegetarian or vegan diet. Almost all recipes can be adapted to a gluten-free and/or dairy-free diet. Services are available for many budgets.
