     July in Truro ... average temperatures up another 7 degrees above June's. Days will get a tad shorter, but total sun will be a bit better -- and the bay water will continue to warm.  July, our driest month of the year, usually has 1/3 less rain than June, so hopefully the only umbrella needed is a beach umbrella.

This summer, as part of the 50th Anniversary celebration of the National Seashore, Friends of the Cape Cod National Seashore has organized a Treasure Hunt. There are 80 questions about the natural and cultural sites within the Seashore, including many in Truro and North Truro. Cape Cod Highland Lighthouse
Highland Lighthouse is open for the season. 7 days a week.  Children height requirement is 48".
Tour Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
