This past April I had the pleasure of attending my first CLO Summit. It was a real learning experience and I am excited about next year's event.
There have been many key developments with our company and TransferLogix product so I wanted to update you:
Sole Provider to Dale Carnegie Training Dale Carnegie Training has selected us to be their sole global provider of needs assessment, learning transfer and evaluation systems. With 170 franchises around the world this organization brings a deep commitment to performance-based learning. They are a perfect partner and we look forward to launching their customized version of the system this December.
ROI Module Released In August we released our new ROI module. It promises to revolutionize ROI evaluation from training because it truly is easy, fast, and economical. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well the best part is that it is based on a method with 60 years of industrial/organizational psychology research behind it. So, it is also the most scientifically valid method available to estimate ROI.
LMS System Integration One clear message from you was that we needed to integrate our system with LMS systems. We heard you!! We are completing our first integration with Moodle and plan to do more before the 2012 Summit. We know how to do it now and stand ready to integrate with your system if you choose TransferLogix.
360 Degree Feedback in Beta Release Our new 360 degree module is in beta release now and will be finished in a few weeks. It blends the simplicity with best practice in the way that TransferLogix is known for. The 360 can be used for pre-test and post-test performance evaluation as well as with the ROI module.
