Later, each company will receive a comparison report by training type and industry type to see how they benchmark. Start Small When Changing Transfer Culture
Remember Rome wasn't built in a day!
Many clients get overwhelmed thinking about improving learning transfer in their organizations. Sometimes it just seems like too big a mountain to climb.
Our experience is that you have to think of it as a journey. The learning transfer culture you have now was built over many years and will take time to change. The key is to start where the culture will allow and just take steps forward as you can. If they are baby steps, that's okay. Each step will improve transfer--and ROI--but doing nothing is not an option. Just get started and do what you can. In time, the organization will support you as they see the positive results. |
