In response to the overwhelming interest expressed when I polled providers about a toy lending library, I have attempted to design an early learning materials and toy lending library that both, meets the needs of providers, and is easy for providers to use. It took a couple of weeks to figure out the logistics and purchase materials, but Lending for Early Learning is finally up and ready!
Lending for Early Learning is membership based. Your annual membership allows you to check out toys and early learning materials for up to a month at a time.

After polling providers about their interest, what materials they might borrow, how long they would expect to keep them and what they could afford for membership, I realized that to be most useful to providers, we would need to offer multiple levels of membership. We currently have over 100 toys and learning materials available. Thank you all for responding to my survey about a toy lending library! I wasn't able to include all your recommendations in this initial phase, but as members join, we can keep making improvements.
