First off, the housing industry has played a huge part in most of the economic recoveries we've seen.  Many say that the absence of a recovery in housing is why there is such sluggishness in our economy today. 

The ideal scenario for employing the millions of workers that need jobs would be to construct new homes - like the owners of SkyTop Builders have been doing for decades.  Several of our current  customers are using SkyTop Builders to help them select land, modify home plans, and specify budgets for their upcoming projects.  Unfortunately for many workers, there are not enough of these projects to fill the gaps... and that's because there is already too much inventory in new/existing homes.

In the short term, the current foreclosure market [and the regular existing housing market] can provide excellent opportunities which can compliment any investment strategy.... and provide some jobs in construction for those that desperately need them.  When we help you procure the homes [either from the bank or through realtors], we can assess what your constructions costs will be BEFORE you even purchase the property.  That way you can see how this investment measures up against other alternatives.  Either way, our remodeling expertise helps you build wealth.
