New Features

Have you noticed new features lurking below your posts? Impressions and Feedback have been added to each of your Facebook posts.

Facebook now allows businesses to gain insight into the success, usefulness and reach of posts. Here is an outline of the new features:

  • Impressions: Displays the number of times a post has been seen on your wall and/or in the News Feed of your Facebook Fans

  • Feedback: Displays a percentage for the number of comments and likes per impression

As an example, an Impact client received the following statistics for November:

  • 419: Impressions averaged per postFacebook
  • Highest impression count was 543

  • 2,935: Total number of Impressions in the month of November!
