ISAT results, Report Cards and 2012-2013 class schedules will be mailed for 6th - 11th grade students. Please make sure the office has an up to date mailing address.  Please e-mail Mrs. Brockert at debra.brockert@visioncsd.org. 

 

 

Classroom baskets for PFA Auction:

Each class has been gathering items for their baskets that will be auctioned off at the Math Carnival/Science Fair night on May 17th.  If you would like to donate, please contact your child's teacher(s) or simply send items with your student to school.  All items must be in the classroom no later than 3:00 p.m. on May 14th.  We appreciate your support.

  

 

Math Carnival/Elementary Science Fair/PFA Auction:

May 17th 5:00-7:00 at Vision Charter School is the Math Carnival/Elementary Science Fair/PFA Auction night.  Tickets are free for the math carnival booths and the bounce house.  Smoothies, cotton candy, hot dogs, and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the evening.  

  

Elementary Field Day:

May 22nd is the Elementary Field Day.  4th and 5th grades will be out on the field from 9:30-11:00 a.m. and Kindergarten through 3rd grades will be out on the field from 12:30-2:00.  The PFA will be selling popcorn, otter pops, and bottled water.

Congratulations to our first inductees into the National Honor Society!

Ten Sophomores and Juniors were welcomed into this prestigious club this past Tuesday evening! National Honor Society Members are chosen for service, scholarship, leadership, and integrity. Congratulation  Micaela Riley, Carissa Riley, Abby Reese, Caterina Gutierrez, Tom Hamilton, Deanna Brockert, Sam Corlett, Lindsey Leadbetter, Keelie Snow, and Mary Wallace.

 

 

                            

Congratulations to the High School Robotics Team! They just received a $3000 grant to help fund this years' Robotics team! Way to go!

May 21st -  1:30 - 2:30 Whole School invited to the RAD dress rehearsal  on the b-ball court at  VCS

 

6:00 p.m. Secondary student Talent Show at the Nampa Civic Center and then at 7:30 R.A.D. performance at the Nampa Civic Center

 

May 21st & 22nd - 7th -11th grade  finals

 

May 22nd FIELD DAY - 4th and 5th grades will be out on the field from 9:30-11:00 a.m. and Kindergarten through 3rd grades will be out on the field from 12:30-2:00.   The PFA will sell otter pops for $. 25, popcorn for  $.25, and water bottles for $1. Make sure and have your kids wear hats and sunscreen!!!

 

May 23rd - Second Grade Last Market Day of the year

 

May 24th -  8:45 a.m. Kindergarten thru 6th grade year-end awards ceremony;  1:30 p.m. 7th - 11th grade year-end awards ceremony. Both events will be held at Vision Charter School

 

May 25th - Last Day of School 12:45 p.m. early release;   5:00-7:00p.m. 8th grade graduation dance at VCS
