SCHOOL SUPPLY LISTS for 2011-2012:

We have made every effort to decrease the length and cost of the school supply list in every grade level.  Elementary Supply Lists are HERE!  MS/HS are HERE !

SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM:

We are excited to offer, for the first time, a school lunch program beginning August 22, 2011.

Children in the 1st-11th grade will need to bring their own lunch for the first three days of school and kindergarten will need to bring their own lunch for the first day of school which is August 19, 2011.  Over the summer we have added another portable and one side of it will be used for a lunch room.

The food will be prepared off site by Oasis Food Service and they will bring the food to our school daily in warming containers and stay to serve it.  Their food is filling, delicious, and offers a wide variety!

Stop by the lunch program table at Meet the Teacher Night to learn more information about this new lunch program, to pay for August lunches, to learn how to order September lunches, and any other questions you may have.

A free and reduced application has been provided in both .doc and pdf formats for your convenience here.  You may fill it out, save and then attach in an email the .doc version, or print, fill out and mail or hand deliver the pdf version.    Please read the instructions on the front page for information about how to complete the application.  Applications cannot be approved if required information is missing.  We encourage all households to read the information carefully and to apply if you think you might qualify.  It will help us get additional funding for the school, too!

Please return this form by August 12, 2011 to get it approved before school starts.  If completed forms are received after August 12, 2011, your child(ren) may not be able to participate in the program the first several days that lunch is offered. This new form replaces any previous income determination forms.  If you filled out an income determination form BEFORE July 1, 2011 you will still need to fill out the new one

AUGUST LUNCH MENU:

August lunch menus are available in pdf format HERE..  A lunch menu needs to be completed for each child even if you have received approval for free lunches.  These August lunch menus will be due the FIRST day of school, August 17, 2011.  You will have a chance to pay for these on Meet the Teacher Nights or you can mail it in with payment any time prior to first day of school.
