Dear Parents:

                Thank you so much for the tremendous outpouring of support and thoughtfulness that many of you have shown towards the faculty members and our students during the past several days as we have tried to process the loss of our dear friend, Darrell Downam.

                The funeral will be held at 1:00p.m. this Thursday afternoon at Flahiff Funeral Home located at 624 Cleveland Blvd. in Caldwell.  After the funeral, the funeral procession will make its way to Canyon Hill Cemetery in Caldwell, where Darrell will be laid to rest.            

To honor this great man for the significant contributions he made to our school, the Board of Directors has decided we will cancel school on Thursday, May 12, 2011, so that every family who wishes to attend the funeral may do so.
