Ohio Gratings, Inc. is proud to offer on-site powder coating. In an effort to "go green", OGI no longer utilizes the dip coat paint process. As a new standard, any industrial project that requires "shop coat black" is now powder coated which outlasts the traditional oil based primer as a protective coating.
OGI offers a standard powder coat as well as more durable coatings for architectural projects that follow AAMA Standards. Various pretreatment processes are available depending on customer needs and requirements. With the powder coat line being on-site, lead times are shortened and outsourcing costs are eliminated. |
