ALGrip™ slip resistant surface is recommended for carbon and stainless steel applications. Small laser deposits are added to the metal surface with over 1000 deposits per square foot.
SlipNot® is recommended for aluminum grating applications. This process deposits molten metal which bonds to the aluminum which it is applied to. Once hardened, the unique "sandpaper" surface allows for enhanced slip resistance.
Please note that both of these methods are approved for our aluminum, carbon and stainless steel bar grating products. Both methods provide excellent slip resistance for your projects and enhance safety in areas that could contain water, dust, or oil. These slip resistant products in combination with OGI's Grater Access® product lines are an excellent choice when projects require ADA Compliance.
