October is already here and I hope by now everyone has settled into their daily exercise routines. That's the lifestyle we at In Shape are always promoting. I am happy to see that many of you have already got rid of that extra holiday weight, "Good for you."
 
Well to keep you inspired and motivated we have added classes such as the CORE30 which is an intense 30 minute core and abdominal workout which will get your abs into shape in no time! Also you will be pleased to know that CARDIO PILATES is now running  in the morning too. Not to mention CAPOEIRA, ANTENATAL, BELLY DANCING and AQUA AEROBICS.
