As you know our priority at In Shape is  women's health and fitness so we have  invited  Dr. Ghada Shate -  Specialist Gynecologist of Drs. Hadi & Hofmann Medical Center to talk to you about the Well  Woman Check-Up program on Wednesday the 13th of July at 11:00 am thus giving everyone who attends the opportunity to aquire the knowledge needed to maintain optimum health.

 

We will also be running a workshop to intoduce TKD Tigers on Saturday the 23rd of July from 2:00-4:00 pm . TKD Tigers' is a life-skills course designed to teach children aged between three and eight about the dangers they may face today ? and what they can do about them.

 

'TKD Tigers' works closely with 'Staywise' a safety scheme run by the UK Fire Service, and backed by many other agencies, including Headstart, e2e Nutrition.  All the classes are taught in age appropriate groups in a fun game format!
