Greetings!

I am sure you have all noticed how fast this year has whizzed by and  a lot of you still haven't full-filled last year's New Year resolution of achieving a healthier lifestyle by becoming fit and losing those few extra pounds . Well it's never too late because at In Shape we offer everything from gym membership packages to group fitness classes to whip you into shape. "Don't Be Large - Take Charge"
Our "Festive Coffee Morning" was a great success and we thank all of you who made it such a lovely event by being part of it.
