Women's Ministry
at Noel
Ladies, you may have heard about the upcoming Picnic and Praise, a women's event scheduled for July 19 in Noel's Worship Center. This is the sizzling start to the surprises put together by Noel's Women's Ministry Team. Nine women, Sondra Alexander, Beth Braden, Annette Fortuna, Jenny Gulett, Gwen McDonald, Karen McLallen, Emily Sample, Diane Smith and Cindy Williamson make up this team and they have exciting plans for the women of Noel. Romans 9:25-26 (The Message Bible) says, "I'll call nobodies and make them somebodies; I'll call the unloved and make them beloved. In the place where they yelled out, "You're nobody!" they're calling you God's living children." Every event, every small group, every Bible Study, every mission opportunity, every fun trip planned by the Women's Ministry Team will remind each lady that she is loved by God and she is a somebody! It makes no difference if you are 2 or 92, everyone needs to know that she still matters.
In addition, a new Facebook page has been created for the women's ministry and all women are invited to visit the page, add their own inspiring thoughts and keep up with what's new and exciting.
If you are interested in becoming involved in volunteer opportunities or just want to know more about the Women's Ministry, join us for Picnic and Praise, detailed below.

Noel Neighborhood Ministries
Love by the Numbers
Since 1985, Noel Neighborhood Ministries, our food pantry ministry, has been serving the members of our community with food, kindness, and God's love. The Food Pantry first received food from the NWLA Food Bank in April 1997 enabling us to reach even greater numbers. Speaking of numbers, take a look at the numbers John Carpenter, long-running food pantry volunteer, has compiled. It is amazing how the love multiplies.
