It's time again to sing and come together to build one another up in the faith. I hope you will join us this spring as we prepare "Because We Believe" for an Easter presentation in April. Along the way I hope to do some special music on Sunday mornings as well, but primarily I want to continue to build upon the relationships that were formed this past fall. We will continue with a similiar format of small and large group rehearsals including prayer and specific times of fellowship. However, if you would like to host a choir event outside of Sunday rehearsals, just let me know.
I also want to ask you to be thinking about some possible service projects we could do together as a choir in the community. Whether it be helping a non-believing neighbor move or singing at Sayre Village or evangelizing at the mall...we can grow in our faith and in our fellowship with one another as well as be a witness in our community. I see the choir as a great place to connect, serve and grow as we proclaim what we believe through our lives and our songs. To God be the glory!

In a despairing world looking for answers and real truth, Christians' proclamation of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus can bring hope and life to searching hearts. But to share that truth, we must believe it. Because We Believe, created by Marty Parks, is an Easter affirmation of our faith and calls us to rise and proclaim our beliefs with courage. Inspirational reader-response narrations begin with a declaration of truths about Christ and then walk through the crucifixion with stirring emotion.
