The city of Brentwood is the area defined by middle and upper class residents, and located between Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and Westwood.  The Hachi Japanese Dining is located in the heart of Brentwood on Wilshire Blvd, west of the 405 Freeway. Hachi is the branch of the Tokyo dining Manpuku which has been familiar to people for the Japanese BBQ on Sawtelle Blvd and  one is on Costa Mesa.
The simple yet outstanding written word hachi (八) in Japanese Kanji on Noren(暖簾) which is a traditional Japanese fabric divider in the door way. This can give an impression of the Japanese Izakaya.

You would be surprised by the variety of menu items from appetizer Japanese tapas to  salads, sashimi plates, real charcoal robata grilled dishes, steamed
dishes, fried dishes, sauted dishes, Japanese style simmered dishes, noodles, rice dishes, set menus, sush rolls, to a high quality sushi menu. It would be difficult to pick the dishes you want because there are many selections. So, you never get bored choosing the dishes you want. Even if your friend has a particular special diet, she or he can find some dishes they can eat. The servers are very friendly and likable so that your dining experience will be fun. The regulars include famous sports players, and famous actors and actresses who are active in the U.S. and who demand great dining experiences.. They bring their family and friends to Hachi to taste the delicious foods. The Hachi Japanese dining provides the best quality dishes at reasonable prices. Ginko For Alzheimer 's disease and many other conditions
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ginko
For Alzheimer 's disease and many other conditions
Also known as : Maidenhair tree
Ginko is the oldest surviving tree on earth, a relic of dinosaur age that first appeared some 200 million years ago. Individual trees can survive for up to 1000 years.
Appropriately enough, as a healing herb, ginko aids the oldest surviving people. It helps prevent and treat many conditions associated with aging, including Alzheimer's disease, memory loss, and erectile dysfunction.
Alzheimer's disease and Multi-infarct dementia (MID)
In the United States, ginko made its biggest splash in 1997, when Journal of the American Medical Association published a study by researchers at Albert Einstein College of medicine in the Bronx, New York. It showed that ginko not only slows mental deterioration in people with Alzheimer's disease but in some cases, actually improves their cognitive abilities.
 Fiber
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Fiber is best known for helping to keep food moving efficiently through your body. This is only one of the many ways fiber contributes to good health. Fiber helps prevent:
Heart disease: Fiber may aid in the prevention of heart disease by lowering your cholesterol.
Diabetes: Fiber helps control blood sugar levels for people with diabetes.
Digestive Problems: Adequate amounts of fiber from foods can help prevent constipation and hemorrhoids.
Weight Gain: A high-fiber eating plan is lower in calories and tends to make you feel full faster.

Consuming enough fiber may be easier than you think. Fiber is found in whole grains, beans and fruits and vegetables. The recommended daily amount of fiber is 25 grams for women and 38 grams for men. After age 50, your daily fiber needs drops to 21 grams for women and 30 grams for men.
You can meet your daily fiber needs with 2 cups of fruits and 2 cups of vegetables every day, along with whole grains and beans. Add vegetables to stews and casseroles and add oats to meat loaf, breads and cookies.
Add fruit to cereal or eat it as a snack and in salads.
