| Please Use The Factory Order Form:
Over the last year many of you have used your own forms when ordering boilers rather than the Triad Factory Order Form. For easy access we now have this form on the homepage of our website in the search area on the left under Sales Support - click HERE.
We're recommending you use this form, we're not requiring you to use it. But if you don't you run the risk of missing things, and we end up spending time checking to see if you missed anything, and having to call to ask questions, which then takes up everyone's time.
If you choose not to use it, then you need to look at our form and make sure you're including all the items that Triad's form covers.
The form on the website is a word document. If you prefer, we have this form as an Excell spreadsheet and will be happy to send it to you. Just let us know.
