Recently we have been able to shorten up our lead times from 4-6 weeks to 2-4 weeks on most boiler orders. We have been able to do this for several reasons:
1. We have a stock of certain boiler shells on the production floor that allows us to jacket, paint, and wire boilers in a matter of days.
2. Power Flame has just lowered their lead time for J and C burners to 3 weeks and we carry a stock of X4-400 on/off burners for our 300 series boilers.
3. Riello has a selection of stock burners on their shelf available for quick ship.
