| Paperless charts |

Griswold Dental has taken steps to create paperless patient charts. Our dental computer software has made it possible to scan all patient data into our computer network.
This allows our doctors and team members to have access to your information, images, x-rays and insurance. Should you require a referral to another dental specialist, Griswold Dental can email your patient information directly to the other office.
Using email often allows a patient to be seen sooner, and the risk of loss or damage in the regular mail system is no longer an issue.

Laptop computer

Our providers use laptops to enter data for each of our patients. This makes our dentists, hygienists and treatment coordinators mobile. No longer do we have to search out a paper chart and pages of information. You can view images in real time and treatment plans are now generated chairside for you.

Patient Education

| Our dental software, allows us, to educate you - our patient. We now have the ability to educate each patient based upon the particular treatment they need. Patient questions are addressed in an easy to understand segment usually 2-3 minutes long. |

Electronic Claim Submission

Griswold Dental submits all claims electronically. This ensures a timely receipt of your claim and a prompt reimbursement.
