Keep your family healthy this cold and flu season
Be sure to get enough rest, and keep fresh veggies and fruits a large part of your healthy diet. Creating health eating habits and getting daily exercise may reduce your chance of becoming ill this cold and flu season.
Be proactive!
Wash your hands often! Use a hand sanitizer lotion when soap and water is not available. Take care when out and about as those doorknobs, store carts, and light switches harbor cold and flu germs that can survive up to 48 hours.
What can you do?
Impact to your general health and your SMILE
Drink plenty of liquids to prevent dehydration. Water, herbal tea, and even chicken soup are great sources! The recommended daily requirement is 6-8 glasses per day.

Limit your exposure to those microbes! Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze into your arm to prevent the spray from going forward. Are you aware that microbes from a sneeze can travel at over 120 mph?

At the first sight of coughing and sniffles-- Get new toothbrush! Don't risk reinfection with the one you used when you were sick.
