Yesterday you should have received a flyer about Field Day Tee Shirts.  Please know that if you purchased a field day tee shirt with your Annual Dues in August, you are guaranteed a shirt for your child.  We are just looking to re-confirm shirt sizes so that we order the correct amounts of each size. Please fill out and return the flyer so we can confirm our records.

If your child was not a student at DES on August 3^rd and you did not participate in Open House enrollment, you may contribute to the tee shirt fund by sending in your $5 cash or check payable to DES PTO no later than April 19.  Your payment should be accompanied with a note stating your child's name, homeroom teacher and tee shirt size with your phone number.
