• Step 2: Catch the fish in Florida Waters.
• Step 3: Follow applicable IGFA rules.
• Step 4: Pass a Lie Detector Test.
• Step 5: Get your IGFA Certification.
• Step6: Start cashing the first of Forty $25,000 annual checks.
