Big News for the 40/40!
Demand for early registration into the 40/40 Shootout has been off the charts, so we're opening up registration early this year. We're also reducing the entry fee for anyone who signs up in advance. Registration is only $2,500, but if you enter before June 30th you'll save $500, and if you sign up before April 30th you'll put $750 back in your pocket. But that's not all! In a move sure to elicit squeals of terror from gamefish throughout the Gulf, Tournament Officials recently announced the addition of Weighed Swordfish to the 40/40 lineup. That's right, you 40/40 maniacs will be fishing for four species this summer: Tuna, Wahoo, Dolphin and Swordfish. And don't fret if you've never fished for Swords before. Our friends at Half Hitch Tackle are already planning a Swordfish Seminar (time and date to be determined later), so you'll be ready to run and gun for the elusive Xiphias gladius.
