Well, spring is finally here! I hope everyone is enjoying the changing of the season. I'd first like to thank everyone who made Great Texas Scholars a successful event. Special thanks to all the volunteers, sponsors and Chamber Staff who once again put on a first class event.

As the Chairman, I take great pride knowing that our Chamber is providing a means to "help promote, strengthen and expand the business community."  There are many ways for you and your business to take the extra step and we hope that you lean on the Chamber as a resource to help get you there. We want to help!

I also encourage you to take advantage of the events we have coming up in the next few months. We are busy planning for two of my personal favorite events of the year, the Chamber's annual golf classic, which is May 7^th, and the GAMES of Grand Prairie, which will be held this year again at Loyd Park on May 22^nd. Both events are great opportunities for advertising your business, networking within the business community and having a great time with other chamber and community members.
