Everyone is saying this is going to one of the best growing seasons in recent memory!  Our farmers are gearing up to deliver their wonderful local produce to us this summer.  If you love food the way we do, you will not want to miss what we can do with the bounty of the season!
 
This month we have new menus in Rehoboth and Washington, Farm-to-Table Dinners, Spring cocktails in DC, Sunday Seafood Suppers in Rehoboth, $17 Dinners, Free Wine Tastings, Nage Rehoboth goes to the farm and, of course, Mother's Day!

Cocktails are a refreshing way for diners to beat the spring heat, and Nage Washington, DC has tapped into some of the most creative minds in its kitchen and behind the bar to ensure that guests won't encounter any of the typical, uninspiring spring drinks like basic mojitos and margaritas at their restaurant. Chef Glenn Babcock has been working with Bar Manager Matt Wilcox to create fresh, inimitable liquid concoctions such as the Rhubarb-Arita with rhubarb sour mix, spice, tequila and Triple Sec, the Plymouth Rox with gin, cilantro, and other fresh seasonal herbs and ingredients, and the Lychee Debauchee with rum, lychee, basil and lime.

It has been a long winter!  But Spring is here again and with it comes our weekly Thursday night Farm-to-Table Dinners at Nage Rehoboth!
 
Every Thursday we will pair with one of our Local and Sustainable Farmers and feature their wares in special dishes that our chefs have created for the evening.  The farmers will be on hand to discuss the produce and the techniques that they use to bring you the very best produce with the lowest impact on the environment.  You will also be given the opportunity to purchase their produce to take home with you!
 
We are happy to announce the continuing partnership with Fifer's Orchards in the Farm-to-Table program.  Founded in 1919, Fifer's has been serving the local community with a mission of growing and selling high quality produce while maintaining the environment.  We are looking forward to working with them again this year!
