Summer is finally here!
There is a lot going on this month at Nage! We are entering our busy season in Rehoboth and we are bringing the beach to DC. There are new ways to enjoy seafood and farm fresh produce this month. One of our chef's takes it to the streets. The Wine Bar is where the ladie's want to be. We have a great bottle of $12 wine to add to your list. You can also look forward to lots of new food and some of your old favorites. This month we have also included a recipe from our kitchen and a new drink from each of our bars.

Farm-to-Table Dinners Thursday nights in the summer, Nage Rehoboth is the place to be for green. We have reached out to our local, organic and sustainable growers and they will be in the restaurant to bring the farm to you. The chalkboard will be full of good healthy local eats. You can learn about sustainable farming and how it can positively influence your life, or you can simply have a really great meal you can feel good about! Now we didn't just fall off the turnip truck, we know this is not everyones cup of herbal tea, so we will also have all of the delicious dishes that you have come to expect from our menu. So, why don't you, come on off the beach and get on down to the farm, the Nage Farm-to-Table.

No Farms. No Food.
Nage was at the Dupont Freshfarm Market!
Nage was at the Dupont Freshfarm Market on June 28. We did a cooking demonstration where we made a Crab Gazpacho and a Summer Corn Soup. We look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with the market, as part of our continuing commitment to support Fresh, Local and Sustainable growers.

Farm-to-Table Dinner a success! On Saturday June 13 we hosted the kick-off dinner for our Farm-to-Table Dinner Series at Fifer Orchards Farm in Wyoming, DE. The night began with a tour of the farm and a hay ride which was followed by a three course dinner. Look for news of the season end party, also to be held at the farm.

New Dinner Menus
We have launched our new Summer Dinner Menus in Rehoboth and DC. Because we use the freshest ingredients only when they are in season, it is necessary to change the menus a few times a year. The most popular items from past menus are still included (if we can do them year-round.)

Nage & Good For You
You asked, we listened! Nage is proud to announce our new relationship with the Good for You Natural market in Georgetown, DE. Beginning July 2 you will be able to stop at the Good For You Market, our local natural and organic market, and pick up some of your favorite Nage treats. The market will be stocking our delicious Chips & Salsa, Hummus and Tapenade. We will also be preparing Nage Lunch & Dinner plates that are ready to go. Now you can get Fresh, Local, Sustainable & Easy !

We are in our element!
With all of the fresh and local produce available at this time of the year, our chefs are going to town. This is one of the best times of the year to be in the restaurant business. Try to get in soon to try all of the new dishes that this bounty of produce makes possible. If you like to eat the way we do, these things are only available once a year!
