Nage is pairing with Fifer Orchards Farm for a summer long series of dinners which will feature the produce of our local organic and sustainable growers. We have always used the best in local and organic products whenever possible and the purpose of this series is to involve you in this process. Each Thursday this summer, beginning on June 18, we will have one of our featured growers in the restaurant to greet guests and talk about the way they fit into this vital niche of the food market. On these evenings, our featured additions will be built around the food supplied by the grower in attendance.
The series will begin on June 13 with a Kick-Off Dinner at the Fifer Orchards Farm. You will tour the farm and have a three course dinner on the Porch overlooking the Orchards. You don't want to miss this!
