CM/ECF Training ND/WV - The United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia will conduct CM/ECF training classes for attorneys on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at the Jennings Randolph Federal Center in Elkins. The first class is scheduled for Tuesday, April 27, 9:30 a.m. to noon, and the second class, 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This is intended for attorneys and their staff, and there is no charge for the training. Mark Your Calendars! - Legal Aid of West Virginia will host a Law Day Breakfast and Program on Friday, April 30, beginning at 8:00 AM. The event will be held in Morgantown, at the WVU Alumni Center. The program will consist of remarks by The Honorable Judge Clawges and presentation of our 3rd Annual Star Awards. Star Award recipients this year include: WVU Law Professor Marjorie McDiarmid, Delegate Barbara Evans Fleischauer and the West Virginia Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Questions?
