10th Annual LRNow Oyster Roast

Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are needed to help with set up, clean up, and to work in a variety of spots during the Oyster Roast. All volunteers receive free admission to the Oyster Roast and work generally half of the time and have half of the time to enjoy the entertainment and the food & drinks.
In addition to the positions listed below, we need a special volunteer with an artistic flair to spearhead planning for decorations and table centerpieces.

Volunteers are needed for the following:
3 people - Parking Lot - 11:15-1:15
2 people - Parking Lot - 1:15-3:15
3 people - Set-up - 10:00-12:00
2 people -- Decorations -- 10:00-12:00
4 people - Clean-up - 3:00-4:00
1 person - Volunteer Check-In - 11:15-12:45
1 person -- Volunteer Check-In - 12:45-2:00
2 people - Ticket Table - 11:30-1:30
2 people - Merchandise Table - 11:30-1:30
2 people - Pearl Home Table - 12:00-1:30
2 people-- Pearl Home Table - 1:30-3:00
2 people - Raffle Ticket Sales - 12:00-1:30
2 people -- Raffle Ticket Sales -- 1:30-2:45
2 people - Oyster Stew Servers - 1:30-3:00
2 people -- Bussing Tables - 1:30-3:00
