9th Annual LRNow Oyster Roast

 Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are needed for set up and clean up and to work at a variety of spots during the Oyster Roast.  All volunteers receive free admission to the Oyster Roast and work generally half of the time and have half of the time to enjoy the entertainment and the food & drinks.

Volunteers are needed for the following:

1 person - Parking Lot - 11:30-1:15

2 people - Parking Lot - 1:15-3:15

2 people - Set-up - 10:00-Noon

4 people - Clean-up - 3:00-4:00

1 person - Volunteer Check-In - 11:30-1:00

2 people - Ticket Table - 11:30-1:30

3 people - Merchandise Table - 11:30-1:30

4 people - Merchandise Table - 1:30-3:30

1 person - Book Table - 12:00-1:30

1 person - Book Table - 1:30-3:00

2 people - Raffle Ticket Sales - 12:00-2:00

3 people - Bar Servers - 1:30-3:00

2 people - Oyster Shucking Contest Timers - 1:00-2:15

2 people - Photographers

2 people - Oyster Stew Servers - 12:00-1:30

2 people - Oyster Stew Servers - 1:30-3:00

2 people - Bussing Tables - 12:00-1:30

2 people -- Bussing Tables - 1:30-3:00
