Sun Dried Tomato and Spinach Wrapped In Phyllo The combination of fresh baby spinach, chopped Kalamata olives, Feta Cheese fresh mint and lemon juice baked in Phyllo Dough is a taste explosion. Working with phyllo dough can be a challenge at first and we will be having a class on Phyllo dough later this summer. In the meantime come try ours this summer!
