Today's Sponsor!
CrossFit Park City is opening up a beginners bootcamp. It is specifically designed to allow people from any fitness level to participate. The majority of the class will be working on technique and include a large amount of instruction on the proper way to perform "functional" movements. The workouts will be short and productive allowing for classes to provide results while getting you out of the door within an hour. We can't think of a better way to get out of your 'mommy' body and into your best summer/shorts-wearing/swimming suit body! And did we mention the work out is less than an hour?

Museum of Ancient Life We have recently overheard several mommies singing the praises of this cool museum. Sure, it is a trek down to Thanksgiving Point, but we hear it is worth the gas money. The Museum of Ancient Life has the distinction of being the world's largest display of mounted dinosaurs. Not only will you meet fierce prehistoric friends at the museum, you'll also become a part of their world. While you're weaving through the exhibits, chirps of insects and growls of ancient creatures greet you in each hall. Exhibits like the Erosion Table and the Fossil Dig give you an opportunity be a part of the science of paleontology. Needless to say, this is not an ordinary museum: http://www.thanksgivingpoint.com/visit/museum_of_ancient_life/about/whats_happening.html
