CrossFit Park City is opening up a beginners bootcamp. It is specifically designed to allow people from any fitness level to participate. The majority of the class will be working on technique and include a large amount of instruction on the proper way to perform "functional" movements. Mom's Night Out
The theme: wine, dessert and a discussion of the best time and location to start a new tradition: Park City Mom Annual Family Camping Trip. Come join in on the new tradition May 20 at 7 pm.
