Lupus Events & Upcoming Deadlines
- Today, May 23, 5pm Pacific, is the deadline to be eligible for the EARLY-BIRD DRAWING for a Holland America 7-Day Cruise for Two to the Caribbean, Alaska, Mexico, Canada/New England. Call (408) 954-8600. Winner will be picked on May 25. This drawing is part of LFNC's summer give-away for a 2011 Infinity G-25 Sedan.
- May 31 is the deadline to vote for your favorite contestant in LFNC's 2011 Mascot Contest. Winner of the contest will lead the walkers in this year's 5K Run & Walk for Lupus on June 12, 2011 at West Valley College in Saratoga.
- June 2 is the deadline for pre-registration for LFNC's 17th Annual 5K Run & Walk for Lupus.
- June 9 is the date for the free live educational event in Sunnyvale, "Are You Living with Lupus?" See FLIER for details.
- June 12 is LFNC's 17th Annual 5K Run and Walk for Lupus. Onsite registration available staring t 8am. See event-day highlights below.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Prizes await the largest teams, top team and individual fundraisers
- Medals and prizes awarded to top three finishers overall and in the various age & gender categories
- Winner in LFNC's 2011 Mascot Contest will lead the walkers
- A cash prize awaits the winner in the 50-50 Raffle. Raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5.
- The Lupus Family Registry & Repository will be recruiting on site for important lupus studies. Monetary reimbursement upon study completion. See Flier.
