Town vs. Country Property: Real Estate Market Trends  These days everyone asks me, 'How's the market?' and I always answer back, 'Which Market?' You see, there are different things happening in different market sectors. For example, condo sales and prices have not been behaving the same as single family homes... the luxury end of the market has acted much differently than the starter home price points, etc.  But given that I'm a REALTORŪ who focuses much of my energy on the horse & Country Property segment of our real estate market here in Sonoma County, it's been really interesting to me to see that this slice of the market is so dramatically different from the typical homes you find in the towns. Click here to read the full article.
