SCANPO seeks an entry level Administrative Coordinator to work closely with the President and management team in its Columbia office.
The ideal candidate must be able to work well under pressure with tight deadlines and enjoy a fast-paced environment; provide assistance for monthly committee meetings, Board of Directors meetings, annual Nonprofit Summit, to ensure all information is communicated in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner; and have the ability to pitch in as a true team member.
SCANPO's Administrative Coordinator must possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to act efficiently on last minute projects.
- Able to get along with team members at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn and utilize industry specific computer applications.
- Ability to work overtime during high peak seasons.
- Previous nonprofit experience is a plus but not required.
