Whooping Cough is back.....

It's hard to believe whooping cough still exists. Most people are under the impression that whooping cough has gone the way of polio - we are immunized and there is no real threat. Well, guess what? Whooping cough - or pertussis, as it's formally known as - is back, and this time it's targeting teenagers and young adults.

It's not surprising that we're experiencing an increase of infectious diseases in the home, classrooms and the workplace. The "bugs" have mutated to materialize in such a way that "old" cleaning methods and procedures are no longer effective.   A person using the worlds best disinfectant without procedural knowledge, will fail at the job of disinfecting. A person with the correct procedural knowledge and an inferior product, will also fail. It's a marriage of the two, to ensure success.

Custodial personnel and teachers need to be re-educated in these protocols.

So what does it mean to be Bio Green Clean???

It means that by proactively treating both surface and air on a regularly scheduled basis, the BioGreen Solutions ULV fogging process effectively reduces the risk these types of bacteria and viruses present to you, your family, and staff.

Flooring Services is your reliable source to call for a complete evaluation of your home, office, school, etc...

What We Do...

Proactive Decontamination.  Utilizing EPA registered disinfectants effective against a broad-spectrum of bacteria, viruses, and mycotoxins, the BioGreen Solutions ULV monthly fogging process treats the air and exposed surfaces of your facility or home.  Our affordable proprietary program was developed to proactively decontaminate both surface and air on a regular basis.  As an added benefit, our ULV fogging process removes unpleasant odors from the air, leaving your facility or home with a clean, fresh scent.

Q: How long do microbes like bacteria and viruses live on surfaces at normal room temperatures?

A: The answer is probably not what you want to hear. According to Philip Tierno, director of microbiology and diagnostic immunology at  New York University School of Medicine, "Microbes can live on surfaces for hundreds of years."  Add the fact that "A single sneeze can spray droplets infested with bacteria and viruses as far as 3 feet," and the value of having a facility that receives a monthly treatment from BioGreen Solutions becomes clear.

Giving a gift that makes a difference....

As we reflect on 2010, we are thankful for the business relationships we have established and nurtured this year.  While the economy remains a challenge for us all, we feel the need to reach out to our community this holiday season to help others that are struggling to feed families.
Flooring Services Inc. is allocating its holiday fund this year to Forgotten Harvest, a local organization that rescues surplus, prepared and perishable food and donates it to emergency food providers.  Our donation will provide over 12,000 meals in the Metro Detroit area.
Our wish is that you share the joy we feel in making this donation; it is only because of relationships like yours that we can make this gesture.
