You don't need to be located near a river or lake to be at risk!!!  Whether a pipe bursts, a roof leaks, a sink overflows, or a river runs through your facility, you need to have a recovery plan.  Whenever there is water in your building, not only are your physical contents at risk of damage, but the air quality is compromised greatly every hour the water is standing.
