| Transitional Approach Beats Forklift, Every Time
Certified Xorcom reseller Replentec, based in Ireland, proposed to their long-standing customer Cavanagh Isdell & Co a move to VoIP that would replace their keytouch type PBX with an Asterisk-based server, and an Astribank to provide the connectivity to the existing BRI lines.
The entire switchover process took place over a single weekend, including installation and connection of equipment and new VoIP handsets.
The customer, Paul Isdell, was quite pleased with the result:
