TEAMWORK IS THE KEY - LET'S WORK TOGETHER
|
| Xorcom Engineers Help Solve Non-Standard Disconnect Supervision Patterns in Uruguay
It turns out that the PSTN
lines in Uruguay have particular call termination signals that are difficult for standard Asterisk
to detect. As a result, CommLogik reseller Giuffra y Asociados'
integration team suffered major setbacks during the implementation of a Xorcom
XR2000 IP-PBX. Together with Xorcom's technical support, Giuffra y Asociados came up with a
solution, to the great satisfaction of their customer, Inmobiliaria Braglia,
whose CEO exclaims:
"At first we were
skeptical but today, after successful completion of the second stage of the
original project, we are more than confident enough to face the last stage of
the project: interconnecting our three offices. Both
the equipment and our integrator exceeded our expectations."

BUILDING DAHDI FROM SOURCE RPM PACKAGES
|
|
New Document Published to Aid Integrators Working in Non-Standard Environments
Occasionally, it is necessary to install a particular DAHDI version into
an environment where no suitable binary packages currently reside.
For example, you may need to install Xorcom's Dahdi 2.2.1 that is
compiled for the Linux kernel 2.6.18_164, onto an Elastix 1.5 machine
running Linux kernel 2.6.18_92.
Another example might be that you need to install Xorcom's Dahdi 2.2.1
into an Elastix 1.6 64-bit environment.
Download this step-by-step manual to help you accomplish these tasks.
