Greetings!
As we approach the various Winter Holidays, I reflect back on the past year with great appreciation for all the friends I've made, the health and closeness of my family, and the fortune I have to be able to feature my ideas directly with our guests and staff.
Let me also take a moment to personally thank each and every one of my staff members for all the hard work they have put into making Visions such a great place. I've been doing this for over 23 years, and I never forget that you can never do it alone, and that along with my parents and future wife, my "restaurant family" always plays a big role in my life. Remembering so many PAST restaurant families, we gain a ton from each person, and hopefully lead them a bit to further their career in the industry. I've begun a new personal blog if you care to read, find me at www.cheftony.me. I'd love to get any of your feedback on that new project.
Moving forward, as we celebrate our first year in business, we also always look for opportunity to better serve out growing guest base! Hmm...what does Sunday need?
How about a "Bottomless Mimosa Brunch"??
How about Double Size Cappuccinos to go along with our great menu? Take a look at our recently updated Sunday Brunch Menu We're sure you'll be back for more...coming solo? Great! How about a seat at our bar where we have a view of our Chefs and also Food Network on the TV? I'd much rather watch Emeril and Bobby Flay than the news...ANYDAY!

Q: Stone Crab Claws...Can you still get them?

Working with Gary from Profish, I have been able to get phenomenal Stone Crab Claws. Honestly, I've never seen Stone Crab Claws like this and we are happy to be able to offer these a limited basis for $24.95 as an appetizer...Two to Three beautiful Jumbo Claws just packed with meat...chilled and served with our Tangy Lime Mustard Sauce
(pre-orders are recommended, so shoot me an email to reserve...and I'd be happy to take care of that for you
Along the same lines...if you ever need something special arranged, perhaps a 3-5 lb Lobster (or any other size), just contact me and I'll be happy to make special arrangements, even just for a small gathering of a few people! I want you to come, enjoy yourself, and spread the word about Visions!

Making sure we are always competitive in the market, we're working on a new Drink Menu listing all our Vodkas, Gins, Rums, and Scotches...in addition to our already extensive Wine List...and we've already taken a look at pricing... we want you to walk away happy at Visions!
Remember we pour a Premium Pour for our "standard"...brands like Absolut Vodka, Beefeaters Gin, Bacardi Rum and more!
We believe that we'd rather give that kind of quality to our guests...
next time you're out and order a "Vodka & Tonic"...take a look at what your local watering hole is pouring...ack!

Who is this Josh guy?
Well, besides being a great guy, and a VERY loyal customer at Visions...he's created a fantastic Burrito we call "Josh's Burrito" shocker, hmm? Roasted Chicken, Black Beans, Cheddar Cheese, Lemon Basil Aioli, and other great flavors all wrapped up in a Cheddar tortilla and Grilled!
Next time you're at Visions for lunch, just ask for "Josh's Burrito" and you'll see how great it is! If you come on Friday for lunch, there's a great chance you'll meet the creator himself at our bar!
