EASY TRAINING TIPS FOR YOUR DOG!
Shake Hands!Greetings!
While perusing the bargain book table at Barnes & Noble I picked up a little book called "Dog Tricks-40 fun activities for you and your dog!" by Gisone & Palser. Each page has one trick, 3 or 4 steps on how to train your dog and a picture...you may want to check it out.

Here's one from the book called "Let's Shake On It"...

1.Ask your dog to sit,then hold a treat in a closed fist in front of him below his nose. Dog tries to get it.
2.Your dog may sniff and lick your fist, but when he uses a paw to get the treat praise him.
3.When your dog touches your hand with a paw, open it, revealing the treat and let him eat it. Repeat this until he paws it on his own. Now say Shake Hands and put out your hand without the treat. That's all there is to it!
