 Deferred Action for DREAMERS

 

 

 

The Obama administration's Deferred Action program begins today. Announced on June 15, the new program would protect eligible unauthorized immigrant youth from deportation by granting a two-year work permit.

 

A new report by the Pew Hispanic Center estimates that up to 1.7 million of the 4.4 million unauthorized immigrants under 30 could qualify. Read More.
